Organizator zawodów, zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami PZSS oraz regulaminem Wojewódzkiego Związku Sportowego, oświadcza, iż zawody są w pełni zabezpieczone pod względem medycznym. Zapewniamy odpowiednio wyposażoną opiekę medyczną oraz wykwalifikowany personel, zgodnie z aktualnymi standardami i wymaganiami w zakresie bezpieczeństwa uczestników.

Procedura strzelań:

1. General Regulations & Safety Rules
The competition starts on 13.06.2026 at 09:00 at the GTS B.R.A.S.S. shooting range in Racław near Gorzów Wlkp and will conclude on 14.06.2026 at the same location.
Purpose of the Competition
The event aims to:
• Promote competition in centerfire rifle and pistol sports.
• Enhance shooting skills.
• Facilitate experience exchange.
• Strengthen integration within shooting communities.

Competition Format
• Conducted in pairs.
• Includes field navigation-survival and shooting components.
• Navigation-survival segment is organized with the support of the Bogdaniec Forest District and state organizations.
• Shooting segment is organized by GTS B.R.A.S.S.

Safety Rules
• Competitors must follow all safety regulations, competition rules, and fair play principles.
• Mandatory eye and ear protection for competitors and spectators.
• Weapon Carrying Outside the Shooting Range:
o Long guns: Must be completely unloaded, without a magazine, with the barrel pointing upwards or downwards, carried according to Polish law.
o Small arms: Must be unloaded, without ammunition or a magazine, carried in a holster.
• On the shooting range, there will be designated shooting axes and movement corridors.


2. Competitor Weapons & Equipment
• Competitors are solely responsible for their weapons, ammunition, and equipment.
• Equipment must be fully operational and safe.
• Long gun slings are mandatory.
• Same weapons must be used throughout the competition (exceptions only with Chief Judge approval for safety reasons).

Required Equipment
• Backpack for day/night survival.
• Sniper rifle, carbine, or PCC (depending on category).
• Pistol.
• Ammunition Minimums:
o Recon Team: 120 rifle rounds, 50 pistol rounds per competitor.
o Sniper Team: 50 sniper rifle rounds, 120 carbine rounds, 50 pistol rounds per competitor.
• Optional silencer.
• Notebook for notes.
• GPS with MGRS support.
• Personal first aid kit.
• Gas mask with a working filter.


3. Shooting Procedure
• PREPARE: Competitors check their sights, aiming at the ground.
• LOAD: Competitors insert the magazine and secure their weapon in the holster.
• COMPANY READY: Timer starts within 3 seconds.
• SAFE/STOP: Given when switching weapons; failure results in disqualification.
• IF COMPLETED: Competitors unload and test-fire in a safe direction.
• STOP: Immediate halt and course review by the judge.
• RESHOOT: Given if an external factor (e.g., third-party intrusion) disrupts performance.
• DQ (Disqualification): Violations such as unsafe handling, failure to secure a weapon, or negligent discharge.


4. Competition Schedule
• 13.06.2026 - 09:00: Start at the GTS B.R.A.S.S. shooting range.
• Competitors transported to Witnica with their full gear.
• Navigation coordinates provided at the starting point.


5. Field Part of the Competition
• Day Stage (11:00 - 19:00): Task completion & checkpoint navigation.
• Night Stage: Timed march with waypoints & border crossing.
• Total distance: 20 km (straight-line), 30 km (on trails) within 17 hours.
• Tasks:
o Avoiding enemy patrols.
o OPFOR camp observation.
o Battlefield medicine & evacuation.
o Tracking.
o Navigation skills check.
Overnight Border Crossing
• Designated patrolled area with reflection points.
• Teams must stamp their maps at a reflection point.
• If caught, they receive a signature instead and earn 1/3 of the points.




6. Shooting Part of the Competition
• 7 shooting tasks in pairs.
• Distances:
o Recon Team: 10-300 meters.
o Sniper Team: 10-500 meters.
• Shooting takes place within a fixed time window.
• Late arrival does not delay the schedule.


7. Scoring System
• Scoring system (equal weight for each part):
o Day field.
o Night field.
o Shooting.
• Exact scoring details to be announced at the briefing/event website.


8. Registration, Payment & Cancellations
• Registration via Google Sheet only.
• Fee: 650 PLN per competitor (1,300 PLN per team) or 155€ per competitor ( 360€ per pair)
• Payment deadline: 30 days after registration.
• No refunds, but substitutions allowed up to one month before.
• Competitor list reported to authorities.


9. Responsibilities of Organizers & Competitors
Competitor Risks
• Extreme conditions: hypothermia, overheating, dehydration.
• Physical hazards: falls, fractures, exhaustion.
• Firearms risks.
• Navigation risks: getting lost, lack of contact with outside world.
Organizer’s Responsibilities
• Civil liability insurance provided.
• Competitors must sign a waiver acknowledging risks.
• Competitors must have valid NW insurance.
• The organizer minimizes risks through safety measures and trained staff.
• Proper registration is mandatory for insurance coverage.

10. Final Provisions
• Unresolved disputes: Settled by the Chief Judge.
• Rules are subject to change as necessary before the event
